I am a NC varsity-level high school wrestler, who began wrestling in middle school, and during my 7th grade season I dove into the sport headfirst, dedicating myself to all aspects of wrestling. I compete year-round locally, regionally, and nationally. I completed my freshman season with a record of 55-5 and finished 4th at the NCHSAA State Tournment. I also earned All-American honors at the NHSCA Nationals. I completed my sophomore season with a record of 43-4 and was the 138lb NCHSAA 8A State Champion. I am a disciplined athlete that enjoys the “you get what you earn” aspect of the sport. I train year-round in Folkstyle and Freestyle, and I pride myself on being the hardest worker in both the practice room and the classroom. In the short-term I am preparing for my junior season and plan to compete at the NC United Tournament of Champions, Super 32, Journeymen, and a few College Opens. My long-term goals are to compete at the collegiate level while earning a degree in Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, or Business Administration.
